Online Return Policy

At Polco, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We believe strongly in our products and their quality. But if for any reason you aren't satisfied, you can return unused product(with original tags) or by mail within 10 days of purchase for a full refund if you include your receipt.

Packaging and Shipping Your Return

Please package your return in the original box, if you have it, and send it to:

Exchanges

You can exchange your unused product(with original tags) for another of equal value at Polco or by sending it back in the mail. If you'd like to exchange the item for one that costs more, we'll charge your credit card for the difference.

Checking the Status of a Return or Exchange

You can check the status of your return or exchange (as well as other details of your order history) by clicking My Account, signing in, and viewing My Orders. Your Order details will show you items that have been returned/refunded and new items that have been ordered to fulfill an exchange.
